MODE OF OPERATION: The tip of the stick consists of a central pin with a spring around it. The battery, switch, buzzer, pin, and wire are connected to create an electric circuit. The stick acts as an extra switch for the circuit. When you touch the edges of the path with the stick, the spring bends and touches the pin. This completes the circuit, allowing energy to flow through the buzzer, activating it.
