Sadness has come to live with me, and so I create a shelter for her.
A boy builds a safe place where his Sadness can become very, very small or very, very big, make noise or stay quiet.
The boy will be able to visit her whenever he needs or whenever she calls him. He will know, however, that one day Sadness will manage to come out of the shelter, and they will look at the beautiful world together.
